💡 This template guides you to quickly and easily note down, categorise, prioritise and work on what is important to you. There are 4 areas that you can use to compartmentalise your week into: (1) Must-Do, (2) Projects & Issues, (3) What’s Important To Me, and (4) Peripheral.

💡 In this block, you list down things that you must complete this week, no matter what. For example: Pay utilities bill or Reschedule your meeting so that you can attend your son’s soccer match.

💡 In this block, you list down the key projects that you are working on. As a suggestion, do not list down (and by extension, work on) more than 2 key projects. Projects are not tasks. Projects are made up of tasks. List down as sub-bullets the main tasks, including tasks to clear an issue, needed for each project. It can be overwhelming when you start working on multiple projects and sadly, it is the things under “What’s Important To Me” that will be sacrificed.

💡 In this block, list down all the things that you need to do as part of looking after important areas of your personal life such as health, relationships and personal growth. You are just, if not more important, than your work!

💡 In this block, list down things / notes / ideas that you need to keep within your peripheral vision but do not need to work on now.

💡 There are some things that will repeat over the course of the year. If you do not want to retype and if you just would like to keep an archive of things that has happened in your life, you can move the check-boxed items to an Archive page (see below this block).
